A proposal picnic at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas
Naveen proposed to Anisha at a picnic by Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, in Rio de Janeiro.
We set up the picnic on the lawn, facing the water. There was a low table, cushions, a teepee with a teddy bear, a basket of roses and an umbrella with a "Will you marry me?" sign. On the table: fruit, sparkling wine, photos of the couple and a calendar showing September 25.
The proposal
Naveen and Anisha arrived walking along the lagoon. In front of the umbrella, he got down on one knee and opened the ring box. Anisha said yes, and he put the ring on her finger.
After the hug, they sat down at the picnic for a toast. We finished with photos of the couple at the water's edge, with Dois Irmãos in the background, and some details of the ring.
